We make searching our database easy - here's how:

1. Search our Listings. Use our database of properties for sale by checking the two boxes that will define the location and price range that meets your needs. This service is available in the search box at the top right hand corner of every page.
2. Tell us which property you are interested in. Check out the hotel, motel, etc. you are interested in, fill in your name, address, etc., and submit the form to us by clicking the 'contact seller' button.
3. We notify the property owner of your interest. We will tell the owners of your interest and give them the information they need to contact you. Because confidentiality is important to us, we give lodging property owners (or their agents) the responsibility to make the initial contact. If you want updated information on new properties that are being listed with us, please check the 'Get Email Updates' box. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you consult with a professional before committing yourself to any purchase. It may be appropriate for you to consult with an accountant, attorney or real estate broker to help you with the negotiations.
